The room was larger and more spacious than expected (we booked the room with two beds). The closet space was superb. Large stand up shower. The views from the 11th floor were nice. Also its located right across the street from plenty of really nice food options, an oxxo and a Santander ATM. Cant ask for much more than that.

Everyone there was so nice and Friendly. They made us feel at home away from home. The general manager was so attentive. Raymundo Gonzales went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The Restaurant Staff, Javier, Armando and Leo always so attentive. We really appreciate it. We will definitely be back there.

Lovely hotel; rooms were great. Unfortunately we had a very noisy air conditioner (sounded like a jet landing and taking off), but other than that it was just fine. Restaurant is fine for "quick foods" not a special dinner.

The property was in a great location. There were many restaurants and a store in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. We enjoyed the view of the city from the 11th floor.
